RETREAT AGENDA.

  • Arrive in the morning and meet the other guests.

    Go for a mindful walk in the woods near Faraway Follies. Take part in a grounding meditation listening to the soundscape of the woods. As you continue the walk take in the fresh air and scenery, and focus on your breath as you walk.

    After the walk, the group will split. Some will take a sauna to sweat out toxins and boost your circulation. Then, cool off with a cold water plunge to invigorate your body. Whilst the other group will take part in a kettlebell class to learn how to build strength and endurance.

    Focus on your form and breathing as you lift the weights. Finishing with a Yin style stretching session to help relax, rejuvenate, and connect with your inner self after your walk.

    The two groups will then swap places so that everyone experiences all we have to offer.

  • We will serve a well earned healthy and nourishing lunch

  • In the afternoon before we all go our separate ways, we will enjoy a relaxing soundbath. Lie down in a comfortable space and listen to the soothing sounds of gongs, Himalayan Bowls and Crystal Bowls. Let the sound waves and vibrations wash over you and help you to relax and de-stress.

  • Enjoy a healthy and nourishing dinner. Take some time to reflect on your day and appreciate all the ways you have taken care of yourself.

    End your day with a good night's sleep.

WHAT DO I NEED?

Pack comfortable clothing and shoes that are appropriate for the activities you will be doing.

Bring a water bottle and snacks to stay hydrated and energised throughout the day.

Be sure to listen to your body and take breaks when needed.

Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the experience!
